I am an IT Manager and I prefer to keep things simple. Can we use Internet Explorer?
Most users can, but the people who will be managing the projects will benefit from a browser that follows modern web standards. Admin features (creating tasks and setting dependencies) are best performed in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari but Internet Explorer 10 or higher can be used. General users can use Internet Explorer 7 or greater to view the calendar and mark tasks as complete but may miss some aesthetic elements.

If I wanted to cancel, what would I do?
Log in as an user with administrative privileges and select Subscription from the Settings menu. Then click 'Manage Subscription'.
You'll be taken to our payment partner FastSpring where you can terminate the subscription. There are no refunds for part-used months.

To get up and running, you'll need to set up the companies, then the people (users), the task template and then a project using that template. Consult the Quick Start guide in the Help menu within CentraPlan.
